2. Account and Membership

2.1 Creating an Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your membership is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.

2.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

3. Membership and Payments

3.1 Paid Programs

Paid programs and pricing are described on our website. Fees are charged based on your selected program.

3.2 Payment

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for your membership fees. All fees are in CAD dollars.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

3.5 Price Changes

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days notice. Changes will apply to subsequent billing periods after notice.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content on Sit Spot Club—including courses, lessons, videos, audio recordings, written materials, and design—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for your personal, non-commercial use during your active membership.

7. Termination

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don’t guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of our content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
